Meetings at Quicks Hole Tavern

Consider holding your next meeting, presentation or special event at Quicks Hole Tavern where we have several spaces that can be reserved for your exclusive use. Meetings start as early as 8 am, and can last all day and into the night depending on your needs. Use one of our restaurant rooms for gatherings of up to 70 guests. Reserve the whole building for a conference on all three floors of up to 180 attendees. Please review the following description of our available spaces:

First Floor Pub – seats 50, standing room up to 68.
Great for all-day meetings, lunch meetings, lectures, presentations, unique musical events and more. Food service includes coffee, tea & sweets at breakfast, and a full lunch menu starting at 11.30 am, cocktails and dinner after 5 pm. A full traditional bar is available. There is a pull-down projection screen for presentations.

Second Floor Dining Room – seats 50, standing room up to 70.
Great for breakfast or lunch presentations, dinners and business cocktail parties. Food service includes coffee, tea, sweets at breakfast, with a full lunch menu starting at 11.30 am, and dinner after 5 pm.

Third Floor Dining Room – seats 32, standing room up to 49.
Great for all-day meetings, lunch presentations, business cocktail parties. Food service includes coffee, tea, sweets at breakfast, with the full lunch menu starting at 11.30 am, and dinner after 5 pm. A projection screen is available. Our menu changes with the seasons, and limited private dining menu is served here at dinner.

With our unique location across from the ferry terminal in Woods Hole, the Quicks Hole Tavern is a convenient place to meet with folks from Martha’s Vineyard. We have hosted lunch & learn events, knitting seminars, writers retreats, networking events and fundraisers of many kinds.
