Quicks Hole Tavern
Quicks Hole Tavern offers year round food and drink to Cape Cod locals and Vineyard-bound ferry travelers alike from their three story building at 29 Railroad Avenue in Woods Hole (a village of the town of Falmouth, MA on Cape Cod).
Just across the street from the Martha’s Vineyard ferry terminal, the new Quicks Hole Tavern is the perfect place to watch your ship come in, enjoy the sunset over Woods Hole harbor, or appreciate the hustle bustle of this thriving port town.
With a commitment to farm-to-table sourcing, the new Quicks Hole Tavern boasts “wicked fresh” local ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons and offers original twists on local seafood, cheese and charcuterie boards, burgers, gourmet grilled cheese, freshly made soups and salads plus an extensive craft beer list, a fine selection of wines and a full bar.
The most popular item on the menu is “Pig Candy,” an appetizer made with house-smoked pork shoulder braised in maple syrup and house spices, served on guava puree with celery sprout garnish. “Totally addictive,” said one customer back for his third visit this summer. Highly ranked on TripAdvisor, Quicks Hole Tavern was also named one of the best new restaurants on Cape Cod by Cape Cod Magazine and was recently called New England’s “best gastropub” by Yankee Magazine.
Brought to you by the team that put the summer Quicks Hole Taqueria on the map, Quicks Hole Tavern hopes to become your favorite spot for great food and fellowship on Cape Cod.
Please note our winter hours: Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner from 11:30 am to close. Serving lunch in the upstairs dining room daily. Our fine dining dinner is available on the second floor on Friday and Saturday evenings. Our first floor pub is also open for dinner (with the pub menu) seven days a week. Check out the details here.
We are now taking a limited number of reservations on Friday and Saturday evenings via Open Table. We have recently added new restaurant seating on the third floor of the Tavern which has also helped reduce the wait on our busier nights. We will continue to hold significant seating for walk ins. Please bear with us as we experiment with this new system.
