Join us on Thursday, June 7 at 6 pm as we taste the world’s rose wines with a spectacular five-course meal complemented by an array of global pairings featuring our favorite spring selections. Relax in the comfortable setting of our second floor waterfront dining room and we will introduce you to some incredible examples of fine roses from all over the world. Chef Nat Summerton has designed an exciting and eclectic menu for this special event that you don’t want to miss!
First: Scallop Crudo paired with Chateau Peyrassol, Cotes de Provence, France
Nantucket scallops with blood orange segments, chive oil, mint, shaved radish, and serrano peppers
Second: Endive Salad paired with Ken Forrester, Western Cape, South Africa
Endive with pistachios, goat cheese crumbles and figs drizzled with a rose vinaigrette
Third: Pork Shoulder Stuffed Raviolis paired with Josh Cellars, California
Slow rose-braised pork shoulder stuffed raviolis served with crispy carrots and au jus
Fourth: Pan Roasted Sea Bass paired with Weingut Markus Huber,
Grilled spring vegetables, sautéed couscous, roasted garlic aioli, watercress salad
Fifth: Quicks Hole Cheesecake paired with Feudi di San Gregorio,Campania, Italy
Cleanse your palette with a decadent slice of Chef Nat’s house made cheesecake with graham cracker crostino complemented by a mixed berry compote
This prix fixe meal with wine pairings is $65 per person (not including tax, tip or additional beverages).
