Beer Dinner Cape Cod

Join us on Saturday October 20, 2018 for a craft beer dinner at Quicks Hole Tavern. With the help of our friends at Long Trail Ale, our head chef Nat Summerton plans a delightful evening of friends, food, camaraderie and good old Cape Cod style fun.  We designed this Cape Cod beer dinner just for you!

This family style meal is a great way to meet new people and try interesting new craft brews together.  Check out the divine menu, with each course to be paired with a craft beer from the Long Trail Ale brewery.

First course Apple Faro salad with fresh granny smith apples, toasted Faro, roasted spiced sweet potatoes, crispy prosciutto, shaved Pecorino and a balsamic vinegar reduction.

Second Course Little necks & fennel sausage in an herb beer broth with a toasted crostini and roasted tomato rouille.

Third course Beer-brined grilled pork chop, whole grain mustard spaetzle, crispy Brussels sprout with a cider emulsion 

Fourth Course Honey cake, caramelized pear reduction, with a house-made fig and mascarpone ice cream topped with chopped pistachio

Cost is $45 per person, which includes the beer tasting plus four course meal but does not include tax, tip or additional beverages.  Please tip your server!!  Call the restaurant at 508-495-0048 after 11 am to make a reservation, while they last.  A non-refundable deposit of $20 pp will be taken with your reservation, as we will turn away other guests holding this space for you.  Please leave a little extra time for parking in Woods Hole, where there are metered spaces free after 6 pm.  The dinner starts at 6 pm.

Quicks Hole Tavern is located at 29 Railroad Ave in Woods Hole.  For guests of Treehouse Lodge or Woods Hole Inn, this is a pleasant water view walk from your hotel.
